Luis Suarez-Villa, professor emeritus, UCI department of urban planning and public policy, was recently published in the The New York Times Opinion section, with a letter to the editor headlined, "Google and American Oligopolies: Part of the reason the European Union, has had to act on Google’s situation is the lack of antitrust enforcement in the United States."
