‘It’s real.’ Latinos, African Americans most likely to view pollution as a serious health threat

Michael Méndez, assistant professor of urban planning and public policy, is quoted in The Sacramento Bee about how Lationos and African Americans view pollution. Méndez says that “latinos care about climate change because they’re at the front lines of climate change impacts and exposure to pollution.”
