Professor Rodolfo D. Torres, has co-written “The Latino Question: Politics, Laboring Classes and the Next Left.” The book delves into the transformative nature of Latino politics in the U.S. and includes case studies of how Latino/Chicano communities across the nation are not only resisting, but also reinventing and transforming ethnic politics in the age of neoliberalism.
